So unless you are a huge starwars fan, I wouldn't recommend this game.

I don't mind the no weapon customization or the wierd card system but the lack of map variety is the killer.

There are 4 maps and that's it and I'm starting to tire of the maps already.

So my internets got worse. If I were to start downloading now I'd be able to play the game on the 7th of December. Don't think I'll bother at this point though since we got two 11 day shutdowns before the end of the year (11 x 13 hour shifts. Flat out) Still waiting for the next competitive/lasting game I guess.

I turned my computer on before I left home so I could remote login and put in the key to start the download. But TeamViewer has failed me These are troubling times we live in.

anyone know how to partner with someone during the game so you can spawn on them?

 

also how do you get the characters? i picked up 2 cards last night that should have let me change to one. countdown from 15s and nothing changed

 

they seemed to have fixed the 3 screens issue with scope and firing point but although the graphics are amazing found it abit jumpy so reverted to single screen.

found the game a bit buggy in general last night particularly if your running right next to someone as the game jumps all over the place and looks like it doesn't know which one you are

the spawn hills are real and so many times i spawned in front a battalion of opposition to be killed before i new were i was.

 

the endor map was quite interesting. i almost felt there was too much vegetation and that i couldn't figure out where i was.

With the conversion rate it turned out just as cheap to go down to my local jb this morning and pick it up because the street release date for aus was today. I also don't mind waiting. 

Also, re gmg. If they get their keys from uk or wherever then they may just not be able to release them until then. It clearly said available on the 19th on the website. 

 

I paid $42 in the end on my statement. How much was it at your JB? Mine has it for $68

 It wasn't even in the fine print, it was bannerd across the top right of the picture on their website. 

 

You press whatever key you have assigned to play cards. I think it is 4 for default setting? Just look in your bottom right hand hud and it will tell you which key to press. 

I have been trying to play whatever the game suggest when you join i think they are all fun to a point.

Walker assaults and supremacy made me feel like bf4, you need your team actively working together to make progress. hero hunt is dam good fun if you haven't played it yet.

Sadly passing on this as I thought the Beta was good but not great and I'm thinking it's another Titanfall and servers will be dead in three months. Hopefully I'm wrong and it grows into something amazing and I can pick it up later in a sale

Yeah but his didn't review well in the way that makes me want to buy three copies for us here. I've still got three copies here of Star Citizen so I'll probably wait a bit longer till they release the next couple of stages in that and we spend our time online in that if they get it right. No Mans Sky is also one that I'm waiting for.

 

See the thing is I don't get time to play much anymore unless it's a quick hour by myself later in the evening after work calls, setting up the boys jobs, invoicing, kids homework, making dinner, cleaning bla bla bla...

And now days the wife loves to hit the bed not long after the kids are down for an hour of a torrent tv show and then its lights out with the chance if we both ain't exhausted for some mummy and daddy time  

On the weekends the kids and I might have a game of something but even then its not like it was when they were younger. Kids weekend sport is a killer  

Our back catalogue is massive here so that's also another reason not to jump on this game. If it was amazing I'd jump but...

 

in the past I was able to do all this and still kiss the wife night and go jump on the computer for a late night session most nights of the week but those days are sadly long gone. Hopefully over the xmas break I get to jump on TS and have a game with you boys and believe me I need and want to do that. Hopefully your all not playing Battle Front..Wish me luck. 5 more weeks till the break

PerfOverlay.DrawFps (Shows a small FPS display if activated)

PerfOverlay.DrawGraph (Shows a GPU and CPU performance graph if enabled)

PerfOverlay.DrawCpuGraph (Can be used to enable and disable the CPU usage graph)

PerfOverlay.DrawGpuGraph (Can be used to enable and disable the GPU usage graph)

NetworkPerfOverlay.Enable (Shows network performance graph if enabled)

Ah okay. I didn't notice that one do anything - but that might be because I had the CPU/GPU graph on and at times it literally spiked from the bottom all the way off the top of my screen. And it sat over the top of the mini map - so needless to say I got rid of it very quickly.
