Finally got around to watching the latest film. I quite enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to the last one. It's been over ten years since I've read the book, so I didn't really pick up on what was in the book and what was added (apart from some of the obvious stuff, like Elves) - but I didn't think anything was out of place. I'm not going to complain if they add something, as long as it serves a purpose, and it seemed like everything did this time around.
